Roasting Machine

The Roaster Machine is fabricated in U shaped sturdy container body, having top cover, centrally located bottom discharge valve and longitudinal ventral shaft on which Spiral ribbons are mounted. In conventional type Roaster Machine the heating is achieved through the Jacket filled with special purpose heating oil which is heated through Electrically operated oil immersed heaters. The heating temperature is controlled through digital temperature controller which can be achieved up to 250⁰ C.

Cooling Blender

The cooling Blender machine is U shaped sturdy container body, having top cover, bottom discharge valve, and longitudinal central shaft on which Spiral ribbons are mounted, having separate cooling system . Our specially designed spiral ribbons gives the best blending results due to Three dimensional action. i.e. The outer ribbons, pushes the material towards center and inner ribbons pushes the material towards ends, and at the same time both the ribbons gives circulatory motion to the material. Thus every particle comes equally in contact with cooling zone.

Grain Roasting Machine

Roasting Machine is fabricated in U shaped sturdy body, having top cover centrally located and bottom discharge valve and with centrally mounted longitudinal shaft on which Spirals ribbons are mounted. The production with conventional electrically heated Roasting Machine has been affected due to recent power crises, the cost of the generator power with high electrical load is defiantly not affordable. Considering these problems we had recently developed the Roasting Machine with LPG (Gas) heating arrangements.
It has all that advantages which electrically operated Roasting Machine
has such as Auto electronic operating, ignition, temperature controlling system etc. The heating temperature can be achieved easily in very short time up to 350 Deg. C., which is achieved with hot generated air circulated through specially designed heating jacket, roaster and cooling system.

NDT Training-Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

In Magnetic Particle Test the ferromagnetic part is magnetized in desired direction.

Finely milled iron particles applied on the surface of specimen.

These particles are attracted to magnetic flux leakage fields and will cluster to form an indication directly over the discontinuity.
This indication can be visually detected under proper lighting conditions.

Magnetic particle testing is a non destructive testing method for detection of surface and near surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.

Applicable only to Ferromagnetic materials, Iron, Cobalt, Nickel and their magnetic alloys.
Detection sensitivity diminishes rapidly with depth.
If the flaw is in surface it must be produce larger indication.

Deeper flaws produce broad and fuzzy indication which require careful interpretation.
